Company Leadership

Dr. Bill McAnalley

Chief Science Officer and Co-Founder

Bill McAnalley, PhD, President, Chief Science Officer and Co-Founder, is leading the cutting-edge research and product development efforts for Aroga.  As a passionate scientist, he focuses on proprietary natural products that help build health.  He is both a National Science Foundation and National Institutes of Health Fellow and Grantee and served as adjunct faculty at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, Texas. He was Research Director at Carrington Laboratories and later became Research Director for Mannatech, Inc. 

In 1995 he founded Bill McAnalley and Associates, LLC. Since 2005, he’s led research efforts on the science behind Aroga products.

Shayne McAnalley

CEO and Co-Founder

Shayne McAnalley, MD, CEO and Co-Founder, is the son of Dr. Bill McAnalley.  With his scientific and medical background, along with eight years in top business management, Dr. Shayne McAnalley has been instrumental in the development of Aroga, Ltd. from concept to reality.

A chemistry graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington, Shayne received his MD from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Alongside his father, Dr. Shayne McAnalley has helped develop several methods used to develop and patent both dietary supplements and wound dressings.

Erik Aguayo

COO and Co-Founder

Erik Aguayo, EMBA, COO and Co-Founder, will utilize his expertise in business, operations and science to support Aroga’s efforts to create products that meet the highest quality standards.

Erik earned a BS degree in political science and biology from the University of Texas at Arlington. In 2006, he joined Aroga as part of the research team that developed and brought to market multiple medical and dental devices approved by the FDA. He continues to work on product development, creating the world’s most innovative and unique products. He was the youngest person accepted to the Executive MBA Program at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Aaron Hendershott

CCO and Co-Founder

Aaron Hendershott, Chief Compliance Officer, MA, RAC, and Co-Founder, earned a Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) in 2008, and now oversees compliance for Aroga.

Aaron earned his BA from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois, and his MA from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Aaron joined Bill McAnalley and Associates, LLC in 2006 and ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standards set forth by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

The name Aroga is from an ancient Sanskrit word meaning “healthy and well.”
